It would be cool to have a racing series designed for people who have:
1. Never driven on a race track before.
2. Had their license for less than 5 years total.
3. At least one at-fault accident for ever year they have been driving.

Bad idea, because I'd go crash three times just so I could compete :D

ok, so there's this racing series called 2kCup down here and it is essentially LeMons or ChumpCar, however the rules are: no car more expensive than $2000, cages not required (which is stupid), 99% of the drivers got their racing licenses the night they signed up for the class (so they are all total newbies) and the cars have to be unmodified, registered and driven to the track. It is darn near a death race with the way some of these guys drive, but it is essentially the concept you are looking for, since half of them are millenials who have no idea what to do at a racetrack.
